The bees

I was listening to an NPR story on my way back from work about how a billion honey bees have disappeared from bee farms around America.

Apparently those little stinging bastards also pollinate our crops and they said California's onion crop will be 85% lost this season. The bee experts were asking for emergency money from the gov because they think it's going to be a big agricultural nightmare when nothing grows due to the lack of pollination.

They said the bees just disappeared- no bodies, no nothing. Most of the time the queen bee and a few helpers are all the remain, while the rest of the hive just vanishes. They don't know where the bees go.

But then I figured it out. No bees = no pollination = no American food = death to Americans.

I suppose you can put the rest together. Yes, honey bees are terrorists and that's the inside job the FBI has been expecting.

Who would look out for the wildlife? And armed with billions of stinging missiles, how could we stop them?

I for one welcome our Bee overlords.
